Since 2020, Kwizbot, now known as ConnectiveOne, has transformed from an instrument for marketing communications and chatbots into a leading tool for automating customer service, sales, marketing, human resource management, and internal communications within companies. We don’t just follow trends – we create them!

The rebranding story

The decision to change the name was driven by the desire to create a name that went beyond the technical semantics of “bot,” “core,” “ai,” “platform,” etc. As a result, we chose the "pure" semantics of universal words that everyone understands, such as “home,” “sun,” “water.” We focused on words like connect, connected, connective, because that’s exactly what we do: connect channels, clients, and brands, employees, and the company.

What makes us unique?

We don’t copy functions, we create what the market truly needs. Thanks to our experience working with the best companies in competitive markets, we have developed a new product, ConnectiveOne Copilot, which combines the functions of an assistant for an operator and an AI agent, increasing productivity by 3 times and can be integrated into other systems. This tool transforms contact centers into revenue generators, helping operators focus on the most important requests, increasing efficiency, and reducing emotional burnout.
